While living in New Zealand for 6years, something ignited within me as I learnt to see life through a different world view. 

After years of migraines and unexplained illnesses. The more I experienced the language and way of life, working alongside indigenous healers to learn and grow. It started to reconnect me with my own story and made me realise just how disconnected I was from myself and others. 

Since moving home I have been crossing paths with wonderful people who are on their own journeys of
remembrance and reconnection to lore, land and language. 

Recognising the planet and our bodies as active participants we can learn from.

The experience includes:

•  Part 1: Breathwork and Meditation Session, reconnecting with our inner worlds 

• Part 2: Using creative tools to help us integrate the pieces of the puzzle from our inner journey back into our outer worlds.
